Paper tree on the wall
Tape a big paper tree to the wall, then let the children stick shapes on and move them.
You need
- large paper, or sheets taped together
- colored paper
- scissors
- tape or sticky tack
Steps
- Draw a big tree on the large paper and cut it out.
- Tape the tree low on a wall or a door, at the children's height.
- Cut out paper shapes, like circles, stars and leaves.
- Put a loop of tape or a bit of sticky tack on the back of each shape.
- Let the children stick the shapes on the tree, take them off and stick them on again.
Sticky tack is a choking hazard for small children: use tape with under-fours.
